These terms govern how you use Vydro and what we promise (and don't) in return. We've kept them as short as we could without leaving a hole. Read once, save the email, get back to work.
Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Vydro (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. Vydro is operated by Vydro (“we”, “us”, or “our”) and is accessible at vydro.app.
Description of the service
Vydro is an automation tool that helps content creators repurpose short-form videos from platforms such as TikTok and Instagram Reels by uploading them to YouTube Shorts on your behalf. You provide the source content URLs and connect your YouTube account; we handle the downloading and re-uploading process.
Your responsibilities
By using the Service, you agree to the following:
- You must own or have the legal right to repurpose all content you submit to Vydro.
- You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with TikTok's, Instagram's, and YouTube's Terms of Service.
- You must not use Vydro to upload content that infringes on any third party's copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.
- You must not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to upload harmful, misleading, or inappropriate content.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
YouTube integration
Vydro uses the YouTube Data API to upload content to your YouTube channel. By connecting your YouTube account, you authorize Vydro to upload videos on your behalf. You acknowledge that:
- You remain solely responsible for all content uploaded to your YouTube channel via Vydro.
- Vydro is not responsible for any violations of YouTube's Terms of Service that may result from content you submit.
- You can revoke Vydro's access to your YouTube account at any time from your Google Account settings or from the Vydro dashboard.
Subscription and billing
Vydro is offered as a paid subscription with the following terms:
- Vydro offers subscription plans with different upload limits. Plan details and pricing are shown on the Pricing page.
- Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annual) via Stripe.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial periods.
- We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable advance notice.
Intellectual property
The Vydro platform, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Vydro and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of all content you upload through the Service. By using Vydro, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process and transmit your content solely as necessary to provide the Service.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not responsible for:
- Content removed by YouTube, TikTok, or Instagram due to policy violations.
- Upload failures due to third-party API outages or rate limits.
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vydro's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 3 months preceding the claim.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Changes to terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
